Window of Arrival Time:

Village Primary Care Providers (VPCP) strives to provide an estimated 4-hour arrival window for our services. While we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time, we make every effort to arrive within a reasonable timeframe during our operating hours.

Please understand that factors outside of our control such as increased sanitary measures, patient emergencies, inclement weather, and traffic may affect our scheduling and arrival time. In rare cases of emergencies, our team will promptly contact you to provide updates or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments are scheduled based on geographical route and availability within your service location. VPCP cannot guarantee availability on days outside of your location, as locations vary based on scheduling needs. Appointment preferences may not always be accommodated due to limited routes in your area.

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and want to explain that unexpected events can sometimes impact our ability to promptly reach you. Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated as we work to deliver the best care possible to all our patients in the convenience of your own home.


After Hours:

Medication Refills
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, we strongly advise you seek medical assistance by calling 911 or visiting your nearest Emergency Department. Village Primary Care Providers does not offer after-hours services at this time. If you are contacting regarding a non-emergent Chronic Care matter, please leave a message on our after-hours voicemail to be reviewed by the next available clinician.

Non-Urgent Messages
For medication refills, please contact your pharmacy. Controlled substances will not be filled during non-business hours. We strongly encourage you to review our Controlled Substance Agreement for more information on medication refills for controlled substances.

Hospice Patients:
For non-urgent requests, please feel free to leave a message and a member of our team will return your call the next scheduled business day.
If you are on Hospice Services and need assistance outside of normal business hours, please contact your Hospice team.
