Window of Arrival Time:

We would like to inform you that effective January 1st, 2023, our window of arrival time for visiting provider appointments is changing. Village Primary Care Providers (VPCP) will now be confirming appointments with a morning (8AM-12PM) or afternoon (12PM – 5PM) arrival time. Due to an increase in sanitary measures, patient emergencies, inclement weather and to allow for traffic, we are unable to continue the 2-hour window of arrival time. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee our arrival at a specific time, but we will make every effort to arrive within a reasonable window within operating hours.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience and sincerely apologize. We appreciate your understanding in that optimizing our clinicians time allows VPCP to maximize your healthcare visits to your needs, increase availability of same day appointments, and minimize cancellations due to unforeseen patient emergencies.

Medication Refills
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, we strongly advise you seek medical assistance by calling 911 or visiting your nearest Emergency Department. Village Primary Care Providers does not offer after-hours services at this time. If you are contacting regarding a non-emergent Chronic Care matter, please leave a message on our after-hours voicemail to be reviewed by the next available clinician.

Non-Urgent Messages
For medication refills, please contact your pharmacy. Controlled substances will not be filled during non-business hours. We strongly encourage you to review our Controlled Substance Agreement for more information on medication refills for controlled substances.

Hospice Patients:
For non-urgent requests, please feel free to leave a message and a member of our team will return your call the next scheduled business day.
If you are on Hospice Services and need assistance outside of normal business hours, please contact your Hospice team.
